Change $google_plus and Google+ to plain Google

With Google's unification of all of their systems, they are launching the Google Applications APIs (https://developers.google.com/google-apps/app-apis), which let you access a lot of Google services other than Google+ with a single OAuth connection. Given this, I think we should change the default Google+ provider to just Google, especially since the default connector key ("google_") is pretty ugly.
