This release introduces a new set of permissions which allows the site administrator to configure access to personal contact forms per role.

The permission respects core's 'access user contact forms' permission, so that:

First alpha release for 8.x-1.x. Please report any bugs you find.

Includes test coverage for the UI and functionality.

Upgrade asap, as it is the fix for #2160973: incorrectly allowing access to contact forms

Only check our permissions if core's permissions return false.
Redirect to user login page and set appropiate message if annonyous users try to use personal contact pages. This is necessary because core does not allow annonymous to use personal contact forms.
