What was the name of the module that adds Save & Preview buttons at the top of node's edit page?

I have installed the D7 version but cannot figure how to enable that feature, where can I find that module's settings page?

Can not find it either in the Util module. That feature maybe only exists in the Drupal 6 version on util. So I´m searching too.
