Help text and node title doesn't show on create content form.

Firstly great little module, works well and is simple.

The only thing is that the Field Label and Help Text never appear and default to "Soundcloud URL" and "Please enter a valid SoundCloud track or set URL" on the create content form.

This is slightly annoying because I need to create a content type with two different Soundcloud fields in and there is no way to distinguish between them.
