I uploaded the site I built, got it working and asked the client to go in and add more of her content. But the site is working different than when I presented the training which was with my local version. On my local version the Basic Page has a line of buttons for Bold, Italics, H2, media, links and more. But on the version I uploaded, none of these options are available. My clients was very upset. I thought it was the same site, so I am at a loss as to what caused the problem. Otherwise, It seems to be the same.

you might be missing a file
Carefully check that all files are in there place,, did you upload any libraries to sites/all/libraries
check to see if the editor you are using is there in the files or modules depending on your installation.
Check permissions so that the user,, OTHER than the admin,, can use the editor.
Check the file formats, or the profiles listed in the file formats page,, edit each profile to make sure the user's "role" is allowed to use the editor.
If your client gets wacko about something, just calm them down and assure them you will find out what is wrong and get it fixed with in 24 hours..
ckeditor in sites/all/libraries
I can see that the file sizes are different between the local version and the hosted version. So I am going to assume the some how they are different. So going to give it a try and copy over.
Compare local files to hosted
When I compare the local files to the hosted files, there is a big different in size. But other than than that, all the file seem to be there. Specifically, I am looking at ckeditor folder. I have checked permission for roles and file types and all look accurate.
test, test, test
just a side note to avoid the unexpected,
it is a good idea to upload the site,, create a user account for testing,,
log in using the user account to see what the client will see when they login.
