Hi,

If a user has a $10 coupon and a $5 coupon and wants to use them both on a sale, is that possible?

Also can we limit the above so that only certain users can use coupons in conjunction? I have been testing and haven't worked out how to do this.

Multiple coupons are only supported in the D7 branch. However, you might want to look at http://drupal.org/project/uc_multi_coupon -- though I haven't tested that module at all.
