Just did a fresh install and tried beta4 but it didn't work.

I uninstalled it and reinstalled beta3 and it worked fine

I really wante the new layouts such as stacks.php, so maybe I'll incorporated them, is this possible?

I'm sorry, but this is an awful bug report.

Fresh install of what? Drupal 5.1? Just MySite beta4?

Did you install jQuery Update and jQuery Interface modules? Did you replace /misc/jquery.js?

What does this mean: "> wasn't fromatting the colums properly in view."?

As for stacks, et. al., everything in beta3 is in beta4 (and, therefore, the final 5.x.2 release). Don't worry about whether "stacks" will be available. It will be, once all the debugging is done.
