Paying for development of site to sell discounted movie passes

We are looking for someone to develop a Drupal ecommerce site. Full details can be found here:

Here are the critical development needs:
-Selling *printable* movie passes
-Each pass will have a *unique* barcode
-Barcodes will come from an "inventory" of codes that will be replenished from CSV import

I've tried doing this with available Drupal modules but the needed integration does not exist (or is not ready for production). Existing site utilizes Ubercart on D6 and will still need to be maintained alongside this sub-site which will be dedicated to selling the movie passes, which are a subset of the overall company offerings.

Prefer Drupal 7, but willing to consider 6.
