Yes, there's a setting to enable the PDF link per content type.. Unset this for all the other content types and you should have what you want.. Note that this setting works like some others in the content type page: it's a default.. If you already have some content nodes defined, you'll have to unset this setting in each node (or by SQL in the print_pdf table).
