Translation issues

Hey there,

I was trying to translate the "Block content by %user" string and it seems that it's not possible? When I search for that string I get a return for every user, like "Block content from admin", etc, and an extra empty one, like : "Block content by".

I tried to translate that last one, as I thought the user name would be appended. But it does not seem to work. My guess is that in the module there should be a link like "Block content by %user_name" which I could translate by "Bloquer tout le contenu de %user_name".
