RSS Feeds for Updates

Just wondering what the possiblity of having an rss feed of the update status on a site was. Once a site goes into production, it would be nice to have an RSS feed of the updates that are needing to be made on the site so that you don't have to remember to go back there periodically and check what modules are installed and which are out of date.

I'm not, however, what it would take to add that functionality.
