Module not in list after install

I uploaded the flickrstickr module as in the instruction too the "sites/all/modules" dir. (I first tried to place it in the modules dir but the 3rd party page instructed the prior)

Long story short in either place the module does not show in the list of mods to activate.

What am I missing?
