Mailhandler 5.x-1.1

I downloaded the mailhandler-5.x-1.1.tar and am trying to work with it. I have couple of queries:

1) In the fromheader if I don't want the default "From Header" to be the author but the "To Header", what do I enter here?? do I enter Sender, FromSender, TO:, toheader. I tried couple of things and it did not work and I tried a search on this forum/docs, but could not find anything.

2) Also not sure why, but everytime I run the mailhandler, it creates those entries again. I understand that the mailhandler has a flag if it has already processed this entry, so that it does not process this again. Any idea why it would not be working in may case. I check the mail client and the messages are marked as read, so don't understand why they are still being processed. (I have not checkedt the "delete after the message is processed").

3) Lastly if I check the "delete after the message is processed", It deletes even if the message did not come from an authorized "from header". Is this the right behavior or it's some issue in my setup.
