Align the image either left or right, make sure you are putting the image code in before the first line of paragraph text, or wherever you want it in the paragraph. By aligning the image to the left or right the text will wrap around it. Give it some padding a margin and a maybe a nice frame
img align="left"image_attach
image_attach.module just does this, exactly like that, for you.
Very useful for nominating one representative image/icon for a story. Most useful for ecommerce products etc.
Download and enable it, and problem solved. No thinking required.

I have tried all day and night. you can see http://www.thecenterofthenet.com/dp/ that the thumbnail is always below the body.... some left and some right... but none wrapped... I know its a simple css thing... but where to put the css, what is the name of the css tag I should edit? What is the exact stylesheet to edit?

Its not CSS issue, you should change the weight of the image field from: admin/content/content types/the type you are working on.
