ed classified is a very good module

but it could be great if ads could be stored in different type of nodes: this could be done like the category module (admin can choose witch type of nodes can be an ad)...

This will rocks because it allows to have different type of objects with different descriptions fields made with CCK... for each node type!

Is this planed, is this possible?

Sorry, I have no plans to introduce such a feature, as it is well beyond the design, capabilities and intent of this module.
