I am currently using Mercury LAMP stack (Pressflow 6 + varnish + memchache) at (http://www.megaleecher.net/ :
1). Create new website theme using next-gen drupal framework Omega, this theme support mobile layout out of the box but I am not sure whether they scale images automatically if not this needs to be achieved (auto-scale images based on accessing device).
2). Integrate Google Custom Search powered site search with theme integration on top-bar.
3). Print, Clutter free version, and PDF options. A possible solution - http://joliprint.com/joliprint-api/
4). Always visible and bold social sharing buttons. Sticky Top-bar (like TheNextWeb)
5). Social box like - http://mashable.com/2011/12/09/hidden-facebook-message-inbox/
6). Ajaxified Ominibox with - Popular, Recent, Twitter, Last Visited, Facebook stories etc.
I would prefer a fixed price quote for same.
