I have both Metatags/Nodewords module and Open Graph meta tags, and I'm using D6.14.

Open Graph meta tags does not show up on the Administration menu when viewed 'By task' but is visible when the Administration page is viewed 'By module'.

Try the latest version. I am using the latest opengraph_meta and an old nodewords and cannot replicate the problem you described.

Re-open if this is still an issue and please post more information to replicate it.
