I took a look on this and is not a bug of the theme Fusion swimmingly, this is related with cod_support module.

The issue is how was created the imagecache preset.

In something important as a logo not should exists a chance to be cropped.

I just fix this into the cod_sponsors feature.

I just started looking into this and realized it's an ImageCache issue - What a great surprise to see you've filed a patch that fixes this for all the sponsor presets - Thank you :D!

Would be great see a D6 stable version of COD soon, i'm also interested in help for move Cod to D7 :-D, unfortunately i can't go to the Distro sprint at the DrupalCon but i will help as much as possible from here.
