Hmmm... maybe this is a support question?

This isn't the best place to ask for support, sorry! (This is an issue queue for people working on improving the on-line Drupal documentation.) There are several support options listed if you click on "Support" at the top of Drupal.org, which will take you to:
http://drupal.org/support
There you can find out about the Drupal IRC channels, and the Forums, which are our two main support mechanisms in the Drupal community.

Good luck with your issue!

--- If this is actually a problem with the page, please add a comment there or better yet, just edit the page.

@jhodgdon,
I didn't request for support.
I just want to inform you that you're missing something in that well organised doc.

I think it might be because blog items are node items, and therefore you use node--type.tpl.php, where type = node.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Cheers,

Richard

Please go to http://drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/documentation and read about what is and isn't a good thing to put in an issue. :)

As it says there:

...for minor issues, either edit the page directly, or add a comment and then edit to change the Page Status to "needs technical review" or another appropriate status...
