Doing a search with Google CSE advanced has stopped returning results. Using core search works as usual. I found a thread in the other CSE modules issue queue, something about a iframe, http://drupal.org/node/1099294, but I don't know if that's the problem with this module?

Client hadn't paid the fee for using Google CSE. Human error.
