I've been getting a lot of undefined constant MAINTENANCE_MODULE errors in strongarm.module, line 137 on 6.x-2.x; the attached patch fixes this issue - hope it's of some use :)

Can this please get committed? It shows up in every single automated test on d.o for projects that depend on strongarm. Very annoying.
