Made the upgrade earlier today along with one for panels and now the taxonomy term id isn't passing to my views. I have a number of warning when creating a new variant:

Finally the options I have under context have changed so in order to try and get thing going I did replace the
Taxonomy term from Content (on Content: Market)
with
Taxonomy term from Content (on Content: Market [field_tax_market])
but still nothing

If these are not the same, apologies I'm new to Drupal.

OK so a little further experiment has allowed me to get values through to the view and 'Fudge' a solution.

Under Views, I normally chose Content: has Taxonomy Term ID (with depth) and then specified the Argument Input as From Content with the Required Context being Term ID.

The Fudge solution is to set the Argument Input to being Input on pane config and then under the Views settings on the panel specify %taxonomy_term:tid in the Content: has Taxonomy Term ID (with depth) text box.

It's not how I believe things are meant to be done, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but at least it gets things up and running again.

This issue should be fixed in -dev and you can use From Context with view panes again.
