Recently I was in need of a way to automatically generate menu items for certain nodes, so I was glad I found this module. However, I also needed to be able to generate menu items that were hidden, or disabled.

I have created a patch that accomplishes this, and am attaching it here.

following. would be handy to have. tried running patch on test server but comes put with error on line 106.

@samuraisjakkie: What version of this module are you using?

I created the patch based on 6.x-1.x-dev, and it seems to be working for me when I apply it to that version.
