I have emailed my host because they suspended one of my site running drupal. I am in a dedicated server so switching this to become live again is not a problem. But for now my host told me to fix the error first to avoid problem in the future.

Sorry for the long post but I want you to read as much information that I have to fix this problem.
It seems the error is a duplicate entry. I don't know what table is it (may be "semaphore").
Please help.
