Use flagging form as action (operation)

Thanks for this great direction in extending Flags.
I am now trying to integrate the form with the flag/unflag bulk action (multiple content at once). I am looking at "flag_node_operations"
Just changing the behavior or?
Any idea would be very appreciated.
