I'm deving online store and have faced problem when testing the site. When paying with checkout.fi stock will be subtracted twice
i.e if I have 7 TV and customer purchase's one, my stock drops down to 6 and right after that to 5. Any other payment method doesnt give same kind of behavior.
Site isn't live and I'm using checkout.fi testing account.

All help is appreciated :)

What version of uc_checkoutfi module are you using? What module are you using for stock management?

I'm wondering if this could relate to #1364114: Duplicate order confirmation emails when using checkout.fi which also caused some duplicates in order processing. It was fixed in 29.2.2012 7.x-1.x-dev version.

I thought that I had updated to newest version, but those dev builds are in red and so I havent noticed them :)

So everything seems to be in order with the 7.x-1.x-dev version.

Sorry for the OT, but Is there some stock management modules for ubercart 3 and Drupal 7? I have only the UC extra Stock module

Cool, everything ok then. Unfortunately I'm not aware of stock management options for Ubercart.
