Is it possible to localize the message to be shown when price is hidden?

When you have a multilingual store, you obviously need to display a different message for different languages
So that text should be translatable
Is that already an option? If yes, how?

In the meantime i worked this out by not displaying any text on here (i left it empty) and using a custom text field instead, which is easily translatable
Also using the Field Permissions module which lets you set that field to be only displayed to anonymous users
Seems to work flawlessly
