Ads from a custom group are not being displayed, either be it using custom block (php code) or module's pre-defined blocks, or embedded ads.

Also when an existing group's name is edited, another one is created instead, e.g. instead of one group, you now have two groups, with the first group carrying the original name of the group, and the second group, the edited name.

Enable a block from your custom group, then do a "view source" in your web browser and find the adserve.php URL. Paste that URL into your browser and add "&debug=2" to the end. Post the resulting debug output to this issue.

Please don't report multiple bugs in one issue, that is simple confusing for all involved. In any case, your second issue is already fixed.
