With the newly released version of Features, the Rules exports are no longer visible. :-(

Just tried latest dev – the export components now appear in Features, but the export itself is empty. :-(

Here's a patch that worked for Entity Construction Kit for this problem – maybe that can bring inspiration to someone. #1490936: Re-re-enable Features support

I'm upping this priority, since exportability is so important.
