If you go to the simpletest page running strict errors you get the following:

Strict warning: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method RelationViewsTestCase::getInfo() should not be called statically in simpletest_test_get_all() (line 327 of /var/www/d7/modules/simpletest/simpletest.module).
