Hi guys,
i've got media, video filter, embedded video and CKeditor installed.
Using the video tag, i can only upload youtube videos but nothing else. Is it supposed to be like this?
If i upload using the media or the embedded media options, nothing works, only a picture of a film like the ones used in old times at cinemas (i don't know how it's called) appears or just a frame.
The same happens if i choose flash or iframe.
And i cannot put a video filter button and many more on the toolbar even if everything is checked on the Adm>Configuration...
Are this normal errors for the dev version?
Thanks

decipheredWysiwyg Fields (still in dev) has support for Media (via the File field) in the Wysiwyg, it uses Formatters and Formatter settings and injects a rendered version of the field wrapped with a Psuedo tag so you can see what it will look like, but then it gets converted into a Filter token when you save the content.
I'd love for more people to help with the development, and I fully intend to make sure Media integration is a big focus of the module.

devin carlson commentedYou cannot currently embed non-image media into a textfield using WYSIWYG. See #1283844: [meta] Improve WYSIWYG integration. If you try to then it will appear as a static image (an image of a film reel).
You do not require the Video Filter or Embedded Video modules to use media. Media requires add-on modules to playback different types of files or integrate with external services such as Youtube. See the list of Modules that Extend the Media Module for more information.
If you are having problems with using the Video Filter module with WYSIWYG then please file a support request with that module.
