When the products don't have any image attached the default image is not displayed in the cart pane.
I'm using a CCK image field for "Product image field"

Image field:6.x-3.10
FileField:6.x-3.10
Image Cache:6.x-2.0-beta12

This issue is possible similar?

Yeah, they should be dealt with together.
