The "User Field" module provides a standard custom content field for users. With this module users can be added easily to any content types.

I've not had a deeper look on it, but could you explain how this module differs to Entity Reference, Reverences and Relation modules?

There are still files other than README.txt in the master branch, make sure to remove them. See also step 5 in http://drupal.org/node/1127732
There is a git tag that has the same name as the branch 7.x-1.x. Make sure to remove this tag to avoid confusion.

You can also get a review bonus and we will come back to your application sooner.

Entity reference - really seems good. I think i make patch for this module and add features from my module.
