It would be lovely to have some responsive panels layouts, probably a 2-col 6-6 and 3-col 4-4-4 type layout with columns that stack on the mobile layout would be a great start.

I've started on this and the three column layout from the default Panels layouts now collapses in 1.4. I'll continue this work and let you know as I make progress.

We've included the wonderful responsive layouts from the Panopoly distribution. Look for them in dev or the next release.

Sounds really cool, but how are they used?

Do we install panopoly and some of the dozens of modules that seem to go with it?

Do we just copy the files out of the 'layouts' dir and rename them?
