There is one string I would translate differently:
"For more information please read the configuration and customization handbook Filter page." literally means "Nähere Informationen gibt es auf der Filter-Seite im Konfigurations- und Anpassungshandbuch." There is also a missing hyphen in "URL Filter".
I attached a new patch where I changed these strings.

Committed. Thanks! Also, please try to translate not too literally as this may lead to very complicated constructions in German. Try to facilitate the text while keeping all/most of the original meaning. And also keep in mind that the English texts are not superb as well.
