This is pretty straightforward, but also slooow to download. What do folks think about forcing caching for the xml file (so at least it could be reused across sites)?

I'm not excited about this. If it works well with caching, I guess it's okay, but I'd rather leave it out if it's cumbersome to use.

Yeah, I'd like to revisit this if we ever get that sqlite DB containing all project+module info.
