Define and create a creator friendly lesson content type

Problem/Motivation

Creating lessons should be intuitive for all authors. This will improve the quality of lessons on LearnDrupal.org and the number of people that want to contribute.

The lesson content type should be further defined and worked on so that creating a lesson is intuitive and makes it easy for the lesson writer to provide all the necessary information. An area that I see that may need work is the inclusion of screenshots. Personally, I'm hopeful that we can figure out a way to smooth out that process.
