So I'm a Novice was it comes to drupal, but I was following through with setting a private system pat on backup and migrate when I feel I set the wrong path or something,because I got this Error Message: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ctools_export_ui_process() (previously declared in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/drupal-7.2/sites/all/modules/ctools/includes/export-ui.inc:13) in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/drupal-7.2/sites/all/modules/ctools 2/includes/export-ui.inc on line 356. I don't understand why I have 2 Ctools, but when I got rid of the 2nd one I wasn't able to access my site, until I re-installed it.
If anybody could help me out and get me back on track I'd very much appreciate it.

This doesn't sound like a backup and migrate issue. If your still having problems I can help point you to the right issue queue.
