I have attached a shot below...

it goes through the whole setup... It goes through installing all 106 modules. it hangs at 106.... instead of going to the next screen to setup site info and admin user it poops out. I've tried adjusting the php max mem limit to 256M already.

Distro is CentOS 5.8. PHP 5.3

Any other ideas?

I'm getting this exact error with both nginx and Apache.

With Apache I'm able to hit reload and get through the install, then copy the install to nginx and operate the site.
