I have a new development site in which I enabled Relations and the Relation endpoints modules without incident. However, if Relation Entity Collector Block is enabled. Parts of the ajax response from certain modules become unresponsive. For example - Panels dashboard page links do not respond at all. Also, using the Admin_Menu module with Module Filters although I can select to disable a module and view the check mark disappear, Selecting the 'Save Configuration' button has no effect on the site. A screen refresh (F5) will will show the module as disabled, although it is not clear if it actually is. The refresh shows the Collector as disabled, but the other Relation modules remain grayed-out indicating that they cannot be disabled yet. This means I cannot turn of te modules to see if things go back to normal. However, if I restore the database to the point prior to the activation of Relation Entity Collector Block all is well.

I'll be happy to provide additional info such as a list of other active modules if needed.

I think I have discovered something similar. I thought I was having an issue with the Features module - I was unable to select the checkbox to revert components. Thanks to hefox when I filed an issue with Features, hefox suggested that I inspect the features checkbox with Firebug. When I did this, I could see the h2 element for the 'entity collector' text was somehow expanded so it seemed to be covering the area with the checkbox. When I disabled the Entity Collector block, I could then select the checkbox. See my screenshot if you want to see what I mean about the h2 element being expanded. If this is not the issue that you are experiencing, let me know and I'll post a new bug, but I thought this could be the same root problem.

I'm not sure that it is. In my case it appears that the ajax is being affected since every link on a admin. form page is affected.

i've also got the same problem. I cannot able to click on any of the text box in 'create feature' tab. Finally found that because of 'Entity collector block' and after disabling everything works fine.
