when i click "view comments" and close it, for some reson there are two comment forms when i click "add comment". and when i click "view comments" after i close all forms and then click "add comment" again there are three commentforms.

and sometimes one comment is shown twice but i cant reproduce it..

Yes this is a known issue and will issue a dev release with a fix very soon - maybe even today
