Oaky, I don't know if this is suppose to work or not, but when hit the image button while in the body segment when creating a new factbox. A grey overlay comes up, but no interface. So I think you cannot add an image. But either the image button shouldn't be there, or a message should pop up saying you can't use an image in a facbox.

There has been an update that has not been backwards compatible I believe in the NS core modules that prevents the Image communication window to pop up. I think it is the DraggableViews that causes the problem:

7.x-1.x-dev (Release notes)
This update is a major version update which means that it may not be backwards compatible with your currently running version. It is recommended that you read the release notes and proceed at your own risk.

I have since downloaded a fresh profile install and not seen it since. I will have to hunt for it again when I am updating modules next time.
