The distribution should be able to either be a repository for lessons or pull lessons from another repository.
This needs to be discusseed.

If you don't have enough information to propose a resolution or write up remaining tasks, please write a "remaining task" suggesting a next step that will move the issue closer to having a known resolution and/or clear follow-up tasks.

itangalo commentedI didn't get the chance to attend the BoF session "Drupal Trends in Education: Mozilla Badges, Learning Registry and Data.ED.gov" myself, but I managed to find some of the notes.
Two of the links in the notes point to a central Learning Repository and a sandbox module integrating with this repository.
I think it makes sense to see if the Learn installation profile can be make use of this.
