Hi my name is Sophie!

I am building a website to help animals cancunanimalrescue.org and i want to add a Japanese section, i have texte in Japanese to add to the japanese section BUT the texte doesent come out in Japanese but as ????? marks or little squares.

Can someone help me to solve this problem if it is possible please.
