Include instructions for setting up dev environment on a remote server

Many developers have access to a dedicated remote server. Mobile users ( ie, tablets ) also will not be able to install a dev environment unless their device is rooted. However, on Android there are apps available ( ie, Connectbot ) that will allow ssh access to a remote server, which would allow development. It is also easier for folks working on multiple devices.
