On the link created on streams related to the flag module, the "'N people' liked this" link, the generated target url "/heartbeat/nojs/flagged/N" does not display the avatar. Instead it displays a link and the word "Array." The link is correct, but the display is inaccurate.

The following patch fixes this problem, but I think ultimately we would want more control over what gets displayed in this context.

NOTE: The patch does not work correctly...sorry...please ignore it.

Okay...here's a working patch that does not muck with the heartbeat.module. Instead, I added an additional theming function to the heartbeat_plugins.module specifically for flagging.
