Additions to content types

• Room types (session, bof, misc)
• Time slot types (content, schedule item, break, lunch, keynote, closing plenary) & Time slot info (appears on schedule a bof page)
• Session fields for slides file and link just viewable by session organizers in addition to public facing slides file and link fields

• accepted sessions reference view for session evaluations
• bof marquee (with custom tpl file)
