Release notes

New features:

  • Possibility to link github account with existing account (and unlink). One github account max for an account.
  • Choose username if new account and github username is already taken
  • Updated login form (link added similar to openid login link
  • User's private github email address used

Also restructured code in different files for easier maintenance.
