I see there's a setting to set or unset autoplay with the generic players, but even when it's unchecked, my videos autoplay. Also, is there a control panel (play button, etc.) on the generic player? If so, it doesn't show up for me. For now I'll stick to playing my videos with Wijering, which works great.

Great module by the way--I've been looking for something like this.

The generic players only serve a simple purpose at the moment, allowing people to trial the module without downloading a third-party. I think I disabled the autoplay for the generic video player, because I couldn't get the controls skin to work so if it didn't start straight away, you wouldn't be able to start it.

I'll flag this is as a bug, it's as good as a bug.

No - the generic player for flv always autoplays. There are no plans to change this as the generic player is simply a quick and easy means to demonstrate SWF Tools. There are much more comprehensive players like JW Media Player and FlowPlayer that provide far greater functionality!
