Drupal 5 release of 'ReplacementTags' (Release Version 1.9)

This is a bugfix release containing the following changes:

• task: coding style cleanup
• task: cleanup/reorder cache settings
• task: remove maintenance tab (as it is no longer needed)
• task: add 'clear cache' button to cache settings
• bugfix: correct body field detection for teaser processing
• bugfix: prevent modification to other user's data using ajax (#144764)
• bugfix: modules are not sorted correctly
• bugfix: clear variables cache after variable updates
• bugfix: base_path() contained twice in {PAGE} tag
• bugfix: breadcrumb help broken

The previous release (5.x-1.8) added basic i18n support for
sidewide-/user-tags. You need the i18n module installed to
take advantage of this feature.

If you are upgrading from an older version (prior 1.4), you should
also read the release notes of the reptag 5.x-1.4 release.
